Hi. I’m Ricki.
I turn chaos into structure.
I’m a writer who learned the hard way that self-awareness is not the same thing as self-change. For a long time, I could analyze every situation perfectly and still end up in the same emotional loops. This space grew out of that frustration — the gap between knowing better and building better. I don’t write from a pedestal. I write from the middle of the process. I’m a few steps ahead of who I used to be, still building, still refining, and inviting others into that work.
Why This Work Matters
I didn’t wake up one day with clarity and a five-step plan. I unraveled slowly. Relationship by relationship. Pattern by pattern. I started noticing what kept repeating. The arguments. The attraction. The self-abandonment disguised as loyalty.
At some point, I stopped asking, “Why does this keep happening to me?” and started asking, “What am I building without realizing it?”
That question changed everything.
This work matters because most of us are not broken. We are patterned. And patterns can be audited, interrupted, and rebuilt.
What I Actually Do
I write essays about relationships, self-awareness, and the quiet mechanics of emotional patterns. I build tools like The Pattern Audit and the Architect Workbook to make growth tangible instead of abstract. I create spaces for high-intensity humans to learn discipline without losing their spark.
No fluff. No empty motivation. Just frameworks, reflection, and honest analysis.
If it doesn’t hold up under pressure, I’m not interested in it.
Experience
I’m the author of The Chaos That Built Me, a memoir about learning to choose steady love over familiar chaos. I created The Architect Workbook to help others identify and interrupt their own repeating cycles. I coach high-intensity personalities who want stability without sacrificing who they are.
This isn’t theory for me. It’s lived experience refined into structure.
Outside the Work
I live in Florida with my husband, our kids, and five animals, which means there is always movement, always noise, and usually someone staring at me like I owe them something.
I love roller derby, strong coffee, and projects that escalate quickly. I will absolutely rebuild a system at midnight if it’s inefficient. I will also lose my phone while holding it.
I’m deeply committed to growth. I’m also deeply human about it.
The work is structured. The life around it is loud, weird, and very real.
